At TC Customs, we’re a small community-driven brand that takes pride in creating quality products and getting them safely to you. Most orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days, although custom or personalised products may occasionally take a little longer depending on demand and the level of detail involved.

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will begin processing on the next working day. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery option, and we always aim to keep pricing as fair and reasonable as possible for both UK and international customers.

Delivery times may vary depending on courier services, customs processing, weather conditions, or busy seasonal periods, so estimated delivery times should be treated as a guide rather than a guarantee.

Where tracking is available, shipping updates will be provided once your order has been dispatched, and we kindly ask customers to double-check delivery details before placing orders to help avoid delays.
